What we can help with
Corrections, above all. If a price on this site has moved, an operator has changed a rule, or a link has broken, tell us and we will fix it. If you run one of the balloon operations at Teotihuacan and something here misrepresents you, we would genuinely rather hear from you than leave it wrong.
We are also happy to answer a question we have not covered yet, and if enough people ask the same thing it usually becomes a guide.
What we cannot help with
We do not take bookings, hold reservations, or have any access to an operator's system. If you have already booked and need to change a date, cancel, or ask about a pickup, you need the operator or the platform you booked through, not us. Your confirmation email has the right contact on it.
We also cannot tell you whether your specific flight will go up on a specific morning. Nobody can, until about an hour before, and that call belongs to the pilot.
